From the 21st to the 23rd of this month, the team went to Dongguan City to study the "Management Course". Every study trip is very effective for the future development of the team. We participate in courses with hundreds of private companies and communicate with each other. Whether it is a company or an individual, this kind of learning is necessary, and we should go out to study regularly, otherwise you will just stand still.

What impressed me most about this course was President Song Zhiping’s speech on “How to develop enterprises with high quality”. Chairman Song Zhiping is a well-known entrepreneur who once served as the head of a national building materials and pharmaceutical company, and enabled the company to achieve breakthrough development at critical moments. Chairman Song mentioned that developing enterprises should highlight their main business, and it is best for each enterprise not to operate more than three industries. Pursue stable development rather than diversified development. In addition, business owners should have a patriotic spirit and an innovative spirit. Chinese enterprises should develop in the direction of brands and consciously build brands in order to achieve high-quality development.
